The Austin Generals aka Team 13 Roster is Complete

Austin, TX - With the 16 AAF teams having finished their rosters a few weeks ago, the roster of the Austin Generals is now also complete. AAF teams began practices in December, the Generals start now for preparation for the 2018 season.
The Generals roster includes QBs Josh Woodrum, Trevor Knight, John Wolford, and Logan Woodside, RBs Jhurell Pressley, Trey Williams, Darius Victor, Quinton Flowers, Bronson Hill, Terrell Watson, Larry Rose, Martez Carter, and Ja'Quan Gardner, WRs Daniel Braverman, Fred Ross, KD Cannon, Adonis Jennings, Nelson Spruce, Lucky Whitehead, Bryce Treggs, Malachi Dupree, and De'Mornay Pierson-El, TEs Brandon Barnes, Khari Lee, and Marcus Baugh, DL Ian Seau, Will Clarke, Tracy Sprinkle, Ondre Pipkins, Darius Latham, Ego Feruson and Jerel Worthy, LBs Dadi Nicholas, Victor Ochi, DeMarquis Gates, Scooby Wright, Shaan Washington, Shayne Skov, and Obum Gwacham.
Alliance League Players Union (ALPU) Reach Agreement

Chicago, IL - The ALPU has reached a two year agreement with the league's owner this morning. The players were represented by the Board of Advisors for Player Relations and Football Development, Jared Allen, Justin Tuck, Troy Polamalu and Hines Ward.
They first negotiated for a Free Agency period starting in 2019 where the players could sign with their top suitor. All players currently make an equal $128,200 which equates to 2.56% of the salary cap. The ALPU negotiated for a price range of 2%-3% for contract negotiations which would fluctuate between $100,000-150,000 at the current salary cap of $5M.

Alliance League Much Bigger Players in CFL Free Agency

Stamford, CT - With the Alliance League now having a much more stable footing in the landscape of professional football, the young league made huge inroads into the CFL talent reservoir. CFL Free Agents now had the chance to move to the AAF where they would be returning to life in America, along with going from an 18 game to 12 game schedule, with an average player salary increase from $97k to $128k. The Alliance League looks a lot more appealing today than it did the last two years to many of the CFL's top free agents.
