Omaha Aviators are the League's Newest Practice Squad
The Omaha Aviators Join Atlantic Blackjacks

Omaha, NE - Brian Woods announced to the crowd that the Atlantic City Blackjacks would no longer be the league's only league wide practice squad as the Omaha Aviators would be joining the fray.
With the 22 AAF teams having finished their rosters a few weeks ago, the rosters of the Atlantic City Blackjacks and the Omaha Aviators is now also complete. AAF teams began practices in December, the Blackjacks and Aviators start now their preparation for the 2020 season.
The Blackjacks roster includes QBs Shane Carden, Chase Litton, Vincent Testaverde, Jalan McClendon, Nick Fitzgerald and Wilton Speight, RBs Bronson Hill, Keith Ford, Karan Higdon, Mack Brown, Terrell Watson, and Larry Rose, WRs Daniel Braverman, KD Cannon, Joe Horn, Reece Horn, Trey Griffey, Max McCaffery, Darius Jennings and Bryce Treggs, and TEs Xavier Grimble and Tyrone Swoopes.
Marty Schottenheimer returns as Head Coach, and Jerry Glanvilles, Kurt Schottenheimer, Turk Schonert, Bart Andrus and Terry Shea also return for the Blackjacks.
The Aviators roster includes QBs Anthony Gordon, Tyler Bray, Steven Montez, and Eric Dungey, RBs Jordan Scarlett, Dexter Williams, Bo Scarborough and Josh Ferguson, WRs Fred Ross, Tanner Gentry, Kermit Whitfield, Damion Willis, Robert Foster, George Campbell, and Saeed Blacknall, and TE Isaac Nauta.
The Aviators will be coached by Dom Capers, Mike Sherman, Steve Fairchild, Bob Bratkowski and Monte Kiffin.
Montreal Alouettes Find Ownership Group in CFL

Montreal, Canada - The CFL announced this morning that the Montreal Alouettes have been purchased by Clifford Starke, a 35 year old entrepreneur in medical cannabis and friend with former league commissioner Larry Smith, as the majority owner.
The league had been running the team since former owner Robert C. Wetenhall sold the franchise in May. The favorites to buy the team were originally believed to be S and S Sportsco LLC with Gary Stern and Sid Spiegel as the majority owners. However, last month the group stated that they were displeased with the state of the Alouettes organization, the CFL and if they weren't Montreal residents they wouldn't have even considered the purchase.
Alliance League Again Attacks the CFL Free Agent Market

Stamford, CT - The league's focus during the CFL Free Agency was pretty clear. Find the young premier talent in the league and bring them back to the states. The Alliance signed nine of the top 25 available CFL Free Agents.
